What rent should I charge?

Our experience enables us to correctly evaluate the market rent for your property. Tenants will be required to pay by Standing Order each month so that we may account to you quickly by BACS (Bank Automated Clearing System) and is credited into your Bank account . Statements with details of expenditure (if any) and relevant invoices are sent monthly.

We will advise you as to a suitable level of rent to charge, taking into account the accommodation, location of the property, quality of the furniture and fittings and the general suitability of the property for letting. If a payment does not arrive our credit controller will act promptly to find the source of the problem. Most problems can be resolved with a telephone call or letter but if very serious we will contact you to discuss the action then required.

Whilst every effort is made to select responsible Tenants breaches of the Tenancy Agreement can still occur. We recommend that you take out Legal Expenses Warranty to cover Rent, Legal Service and alternative accommodation.

As letting agents we have very few tenants who default. We take pride in securing the best tenants to achieve a sucessful letting and renting of our clients properties and to ensure you are happy with our service.
