Repairs and maintenance

When repairs or maintenance are required for your property under a fully managed service we are on hand to ensure that repairs are carried out quickly. We will fax, write, email or telephone you as soon as we are made aware of repairs or maintenance seeking your instructions. We will then use your preferred tradesmen or will recommend tradesmen we use on a regular basis. If a repair is urgent we will sort this out first to prevent further damage and then contact you, e.g. water leak.
