Do you inspect the property during the tenancy? Yes - We will carry out inspections of the property to ensure the tenants are happy and to note down any obvious defects and report back to you.We may also recommend a general programme of improvements as and when required. We will write a report to you after each inspection. There is no extra charge made for this if our Full management or Rent Collection service is chosen. Many other agents charge this as an extra, we do not.
