Our tenancy agreements are comprehensive requiring the tenants to keep the garden in a neat and tidy condition. It does help if a lawn mower and other basic equipment is left even for an Unfurnished property to encourage tenants to take care of the garden. If a garden is not looked after we will charge the tenant the cost involved to make it neat and tidy again. If, though, your garden is your pride and joy we will be pleased to recommend a local gardener and build in their cost to the rental price.
