What should I leave?

You must consider that there are two types of tenants:

1. Those who are just starting out or moving from abroad who have not brought with them or do not yet possess household equipment, for this market a ‘Furnished’ property with major items of furniture, bed linen, pots and pans, knives and forks, for example will be required.

2. Those who are between homes, have relocated due to work in this area, let out their own homes or moved from abroad and shipped their belongings to this country will not need so many furnishings and an ‘Unfurnished’ property with merely curtains, carpets and major kitchen appliances or sometimes even less.

Before planning any expenditure on furnishings please consult our staff who will advise you on the best course of action depending on your circumstances and the market conditions within your specific area.

We would generall recommend leaving a property unfurnished as the majority of our tenants have their own furniture.
